Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website, programs, certifications, or services of Neuroakashic University® ("NeuroakashicU®", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, students, practitioners, facilitators, and users of our services, including affiliated platforms such as Neuroakashic Connect™, Neuroakashic Tarot, Ana Silvia Lara Publishing LLC, and The Crystal City™.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

All programs, certifications, courses, content, and materials offered by Neuroakashic University® are intended exclusively for educational, wellness, and conscious exploration purposes. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatments.

Neuroakashic University® does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Results and experiences vary among individuals. Participation in our programs does not guarantee specific outcomes.

By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating for personal educational and exploratory purposes only.

Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Enrollment in any certification or program requires completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific program's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect already-enrolled students.

Refund eligibility varies by program. Please review the specific refund terms provided at the time of enrollment. In general:

• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@neuroakashicu.com within the applicable refund window.
• Digital content, downloadable materials, and completed modules are generally non-refundable once accessed.
• Refunds are not available for no-shows or failure to complete program requirements.

All content on the Neuroakashic University® website and within our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, course materials, methodologies, the ARIM® system, Observer Oracle Method™, Neuroakashic® systems, and all associated trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Neuroakashic University® and/or Ana Silvia Lara, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from Neuroakashic University®.

Certified practitioners and facilitators are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials solely for the purposes authorized within their certification level.

• Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of all program requirements as determined by Neuroakashic University®.
• Certifications are personal and non-transferable.
• Neuroakashic University® reserves the right to revoke certifications in cases of misrepresentation, misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
• Certified practitioners and facilitators must represent their credentials accurately and may not claim affiliations or endorsements beyond the scope of their certification.

Participation in publishing initiatives through Ana Silvia Lara Publishing LLC — including testimonial publications, collaborative projects, or symbolic exploration content — is voluntary and subject to separate agreements. By participating, you grant Neuroakashic University® and Ana Silvia Lara Publishing LLC a non-exclusive license to use your submitted content for educational and promotional purposes within the Neuroakashic® ecosystem.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute program content without authorization.
• Impersonate Neuroakashic University®, its staff, or other users.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our services.
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to program materials.
• Make false or misleading claims about our programs, certifications, or affiliated organizations.

Neuroakashic University® collaborates with the following affiliated organizations. Each operates under its own terms and policies:

• Neuroakashic Connect™ — Resonance intelligence platform for practitioners.
• Neuroakashic Tarot — Symbolic oracle and interpretation system.
• Ana Silvia Lara Publishing LLC — Educational publishing and conscious authorship.
• The Crystal City™ — 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting conscious innovation and community wellbeing.

Neuroakashic University® is not liable for the independent actions, content, or services of these affiliated organizations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neuroakashic University®, its founders, instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, programs, or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuroakashic University®, its founders, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
